Two Decades of Global Leadership Experience
Sandra began her career in Boston leading a global design team for a management consulting firm and in New York City’s emerging digital advertising sector advising corporate clients on their global marketing strategy. During that time, Sandra also participated in national political and civic initiatives, which provided early exposure to how leadership, influence, and credibility are established and sustained.
Her work moved increasingly into international environments through senior communications, policy and leadership roles within global organizations and foundations, working across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. These roles involved advising executive leadership during periods of organizational change, complexity, or repositioning.
Sandra holds a Masters from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a Bachelors from Rutgers University, New Brunswick. She spent several years studying French language and literature at Harvard Extension School.
