I advise leaders and institutions during periods of transition, when expectations shift, alignment weakens, or the path forward is no longer as clear as it once was. My work focuses on helping organizations regain clarity, strengthen internal cohesion, and position themselves thoughtfully for what comes next.
I began my career in Boston and New York, working in global strategy, marketing, and advisory roles at The Monitor Company and later in New York’s emerging digital and media sector. During that time, I also participated in national political and civic initiatives, which provided early exposure to how leadership, influence, and institutional credibility are established and sustained.
Over time, my work moved increasingly into international environments. I held senior communications and advisory roles within global organizations and foundations, working across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. These roles often involved advising executive leadership during periods of organizational change, complexity, or repositioning.
Across these environments, I observed a consistent pattern. Institutions rarely struggle because of lack of effort or capability. More often, challenges emerge when alignment weakens, priorities compete, or leadership must navigate uncertainty without a clear internal foundation. My role is to help restore that clarity and alignment, so organizations can move forward with greater confidence and coherence.
My work is shaped by a longstanding interest in how institutions evolve, how leadership decisions are interpreted internally and externally, and how organizations maintain coherence over time. I am particularly drawn to environments where thoughtful positioning and clear leadership can meaningfully influence institutional direction.
